During a blitz operation today (April 4), Food and Environmental Hygiene Department officers found an illegal food business operating at a premises in Pak Tai Street, Kowloon City. A total of 540 kilogrammes of raw and roasted meat/poultry meat and a quantity of paraphernalia were found at the premises.
