Four additional vehicular e-channels have been activated at Man Kam To control point. They are located at arrival kiosk numbers 2 and 3, and departure kiosk numbers 4 and 5.
Also, the operating hours have been extended from today (March 13). The e-channels will be open to the public from 7am to 10pm daily.
Cross-boundary drivers, who are Hong Kong permanent residents or Hong Kong residents holding Documents of Identity for Visa Purposes (DI) and have submitted the consent forms authorising the Immigration Department to make use of registration of persons particulars for self-service clearance, can use their smart identity cards to perform clearance at vehicular e-channels.
