Support services to people affected by traffic accident in Egypt

    The Social Welfare Department (SWD) had set up a dedicated hotline - 6293 0120 - to provide emotional support and appropriate welfare services to people affected by the traffic accident in Egypt, a SWD spokesman said today (February 1).

     䩕The hotline will be manned by social workers round the clock.  Victims or family members who have welfare needs or needs for emotional support may call the hotline any time for assistance,蒅 the spokesman said.  

     Debriefing for the victims and psychological services for their families will be arranged as necessary upon their return to Hong Kong.
