Appeal for information on missing woman

Police today (January 17) appealed to members of the public for information on a woman who went missing on Sunday (January 15).

Tam Mei-lan, aged 76, left her home in Fife Street, Mong Kok on the morning of January 15 and failed to return ever since.  Her family made a report to the Police on the same day.  

Standing about 1.5 metres, she has a pointed face, short straight, black and grey hair. She is of thin build and with yellow complexion.  She was last seen wearing a black and red coat, a dark red jacket, a pair of dark red trousers and a pair of black and red shoes. She was carrying a black handbag when she went missing.

Anyone who has information on the whereabouts of the missing woman is urged to contact the Regional Missing Person Unit of Kowloon West at 2761 2394 or 2761 2396.
