The Secretary for the Environment, Transport and Works, Dr Sarah Liao today (January 13) inspected Kowloon Canton Railway Corporation's (KCRC) Fo Tan Depot to see for herself the mounting problem of the equipment underneath some of the East Rail trains and a series of measures taken by KCRC to reinforce those underframe equipment.   Close
