The Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food, Dr York Chow, today (January 4) visits the Tsuen Wan Wai Hay District Elderly Community Centre. He was on a visit to the welfare and health care facilities in Tsuen Wan district to keep abreast of the latest developments and to listen to the public's views on further improvements.
