A Food and Environmental Hygiene Department officer inspects some pork during a blitz operation from last night to early this morning (December 29). Officers found the chilled pork, being sold as fresh pork, in a fresh provision shop at Tsing Ho Square in Tuen Mun. A total of 420 kilogrammes of imported chilled pork in 15 foam boxes were found in the shop.   Close
