Police arrested three illegal immigrants (IIs) at a hillside in Jat's Incline, Tsz Wan Shan in an anti-II and crime operation this (December 27) morning.
In response to reports of hillside robbery occurred recently in the District, Police stepped up patrol in the vicinity and identified a suspected hideout used by illegal immigrants.
Officers of Patrol Sub-unit, Wong Tai Sin raided an abandon hut located at a hillside in Jat's Incline at about 10 am this morning.
Three IIs, aged between 25 and 29, were arrested inside the abandon hut. Police also seized eight knives and some suspected stolen properties worth about $10,000 from the three arrested IIs.
District Crime Squad, Wong Tai Sin is now following up on the investigation of the case.
