The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for separate tenancies of the government canteen on the ground floor, Block A, Pik Uk Prison, 397 Clear Water Bay Road, Sai Kung, and the government property on the ground floor and the upper deck, Wanchai Tower, 12 Harbour Road, Wan Chai.
The property in Sai Kung should be used for canteen purposes only, while the property in Wan Chai should be used for the purpose of a Western-style cafeteria only.
The tender notices were uploaded today (January 29) to the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk. Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website.
Interested tenderers who wish to inspect the sites should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency on or before February 12 this year, by calling 2594 7654 for the property in Sai Kung, and by calling 2594 7697 for the property in Wan Chai.
Tenderers must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at the ground floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on February 22 this year. Late tenders will not be accepted.
