The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for the purchase of 10 former government quarters properties, each consisting of one flat with one car parking space, in Pokfulam and Tai Hang, Hong Kong.
Five of these properties are located at Blocks 41-44 of Baguio Villa, 550 Victoria Road, Pok Fu Lam. Each flat has a saleable area of about 193.1 square metres. Four other properties are located at Block A of Elm Tree Towers, 8 Chun Fai Road, Tai Hang. Each flat has a saleable area of about 145.9 square metres. The last flat, with about 164.3 square metres of saleable area, is located at Pokfulam Mansion, 94B Pok Fu Lam Road, Pok Fu Lam. These 10 properties will be sold with vacant possession. Tenderers may submit tenders to purchase one or more or all of them.
All of the 10 properties will be open from 2pm to 6pm for inspection by interested parties during the following periods:
(i) January 23, 2016 (Saturday)
(ii) January 24, 2016 (Sunday)
(iii) January 30, 2016 (Saturday)
(iv) January 31, 2016 (Sunday)
(v) February 6, 2016 (Saturday)
(vi) February 13, 2016 (Saturday)
(vii) February 14, 2016 (Sunday)
Interested parties are required to register at the reception counter at 11/F of Block 41 of Baguio Villa, Apartment No. 2 on 18/F of Block A of Elm Tree Towers and Apartment B on 12/F of Pokfulam Mansion respectively prior to inspection.
Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays), or can be downloaded from the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk
Tenderers must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box situated on the Ground Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on February 19, 2016. In case a black rainstorm warning or a tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or higher is hoisted between 9am and noon on the said date, the tender closing time will be extended to noon on the next working day. Late tenders will not be accepted.
