SHA congratulates Cheung King-lok on winning first gold medal for Hong Kong in Individual Time Trial (Men-Elite)

The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Lau Kong-wah, today (January 21) congratulated Hong Kong cycling athlete Cheung King-lok on winning the first gold medal for Hong Kong in the Individual Time Trial (Men-Elite) at the 2016 Asian Cycling Championships held in Japan.
Mr Lau said, "Cheung King-lok performed brilliantly and won the event with his strength as well as his exceptional technique. He has once again won glory for Hong Kong. People in Hong Kong and I are thrilled and take pride in his achievement."
