The Labour Department will participate in the Education & Careers Expo 2016 to be held by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council from January 28 to 31 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The booth of the Labour Department will be situated at A17, Hall 1D. The Labour Department will introduce its free employment services and programmes and, in particular, information of special interest to young people on topics including the Youth Employment and Training Programme, the Mainland employment situation and the Working Holiday Scheme (WHS) will be provided.
In addition, a seminar on the WHS will be held at 3pm to 3.45pm on January 30 (Saturday) at the venue. Young people who have travelled and worked overseas under this scheme are invited to share their experience in the seminar.
