The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for separate tenancies of the government canteens on the fourth floor of Mong Kok Police Station, 142 Prince Edward Road West, and the first floor of the High Court Building, 38 Queensway, as well as a licence for the fee-paying public car park on the ground floor level and lower ground first, second and third levels of Queensway Government Offices, 66 Queensway.
The property in Mong Kok Police Station should be used for canteen purposes only, while the property in the High Court Building should be used for canteen/restaurant/lounge purposes only. The property in Queensway Government Offices should be used for the purpose of a fee-paying public car park for the parking of private cars and motorcycles only.
The tender notices were gazetted today (August 14). Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk .
Interested tenderers who wish to inspect the sites should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7654 on or before August 27 this year for the property in Mong Kok Police Station, and by calling 2594 7697 on or before August 31 this year for the properties in the High Court Building or Queensway Government Offices.
Tenderers must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at the ground floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on September 7 this year for the property in Mong Kok Police Station, and before noon on September 9 this year for the properties in the High Court Building and Queensway Government Offices. Late tenders will not be accepted.
