The Government Property Agency announced today (August 11) that 10 former government quarters will be sold by public auction via the Agency's appointed consultant. These properties are located in Baguio Villa, Cape Mansion and Pokfulam Mansion in Pok Fu Lam, Elm Tree Towers in Tai Hang and MacDonnell House in the Mid-Levels. Each property consists of one flat with one or two car parking space(s). The opening bids are in the range of $24.3 million to $41.1 million. The auction will be held on August 25 (Tuesday) at 2.30pm in Novotel Century Hong Kong Hotel, Wan Chai.
All the 10 properties will be open from 2pm to 6pm for inspection by interested parties on the following dates:
(1) August 15 (Saturday)
(2) August 16 (Sunday)
(3) August 22 (Saturday)
(4) August 23 (Sunday)
