The Chief Executive, Mr C Y Leung, will visit Zhuhai on August 12.
Mr Leung will meet with leaders of the Zhuhai Municipal Government. He will also visit the Hengqin New Area of Zhuhai of the China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone and inspect the construction works of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge.
Joining the visit will be the Secretary for Transport and Housing, Professor Anthony Cheung Bing-leung; the Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Raymond Tam; the Acting Secretary for Security, Mr John Lee; the Acting Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, Mr Godfrey Leung; and the Director of Information Services, Mr Patrick Nip.
Mr Leung and accompanying officials will return to Hong Kong in the evening on the same day.
