Hong Kong Observatory Open Day to be held this weekend

     The Open Day of the Hong Kong Observatory will take place in the afternoon of March 28 (Saturday) and all day on March 29 (Sunday).

     This year, the Open Day is themed "Climate Knowledge for Climate Action". Visitors to the Open Day can watch the weather report on the spot hosted by the Observatory's scientific officers, participate in game booths and tree walk, and more. The public will also have the chance to take photographs with Dr Tin, the Observatory Mascot.

     Members of the public are welcome to join the event to learn more about how the Observatory applies science and technology in serving the public. Details of the Open Day are as follows:

Venue: Hong Kong Observatory Headquarters
       (No. 134A Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui)

March 28 (Saturday)     1pm to 4.30pm
March 29 (Sunday)       10am to 4.30pm
