Auction result for purchase of former government quarters

The Government Property Agency today (August 29) announced that nine former government quarters, located in Elm Tree Towers in Tai Hang, Wilshire Towers in North Point, and Baguio Villa and Pokfulam Mansion in Pok Fu Lam respectively, were sold for a total of $281 million at a public auction this afternoon.
