The Chief Executive, Mr C Y Leung, met the visiting Secretary of the CPC Zhuhai Municipal Committee, Mr Li Jia, and the Mayor of the Zhuhai Municipal Government, Mr He Ningka, at the Chief Executive's Office this afternoon (March 21) to exchange views on issues of mutual concern.
Mr Leung said that Hong Kong and Zhuhai enjoy a close relationship in various areas, such as trade and investment. He said that Hong Kong has rich experience and a large pool of talent in the services sector, which could support the development of service industries in Zhuhai.
Mr Leung thanked the Zhuhai Municipal Government for their support and co-operation in the discussion of issues relating to the cross-boundary transport arrangements of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge.
