With regard to media enquiries on the minutes of the Town Planning Board (TPB) meeting on the consideration of the representations and comments in respect of Central Military Dock, TPB has the following response today (March 5):
TPB held 18 meetings from November 4, 2013 to February 14, 2014 to consider the representations and comments in respect of draft Central District (Extension) Outline Zoning Plan (OZP) No.S/H24/8. The Secretariat is preparing the minutes of the meeting. Upon confirmation of the minutes by TPB, the Secretariat will convey TPB's decision to all representers and commenters formally in writing as soon as possible and attach a copy of the minutes. The minutes will also be uploaded to the TPB's website for public inspection.
