The Transport Department has invited members of the public to vote for the best front-line staff in the "Best Customer Service Awards 2013/2014" election to be held between November 25 and 29.
"The department embraces the belief of 'Putting our Hearts Into It' when serving the public. Through this election, we would like to encourage our front-line staff to keep up the good work and continue to enhance our service quality," a department spokesman said today (November 18).
All front-line staff of the Driving Services Section and the Licensing Section (including the Licensing Unit, the Vehicle Inspection and Records Unit, the Cross Boundary Unit and the Public Vehicles Unit) are eligible for nomination and voting by the public for their best services provided. Members of the public are invited to visit the participating offices during the election period and vote for the best front-line staff for the awards.
A total of 41 awards will be presented. Election results will be announced and the award presentation ceremony will be held early next year.
