Puppetry play "The Kite Boy" explores how parents support the growth of children
**********************************************************

The local children's theatre production "The Kite Boy" (conducted in Cantonese) by the Ming Ri Institute for Arts Education will have 13 performances in May. The play combines puppetry, animation and music, and tells a story about the growth of a boy through the process of kite-flying. It explores how parents support and inspire their children to develop patience and courage with limited resources, and the kite-flying suggests that parents should not have tight control over the growth of their children.
