Police today (December 1) holding charged a 49-year-old woman with one count of murder.
Police arrested the 49-year-old woman yesterday (November 30) in connection with a murder case in which her 84-year-old husband was killed at a unit in Ching Tai House, Tsz Ching Estate.
The 84-year-old man was found lying unconsciously on a bed inside the unit. Sustaining multiple stab and cut wounds to his chest, shoulder and face, he was certified dead by ambulancemen at scene. A knife was seized at scene.
The woman will appear at Kwun Tong Magistrates' Courts on next Monday (December 3).
Active investigations by District Crime Squad of Wong Tai Sin District are underway.
