Works related to proposed developments in Tung Chung gazetted

     The Government published a Gazette notice today (September 28) proposing to carry out infrastructure works to cope with the proposed developments at Area 56 in Tung Chung. The proposed infrastructure works include roads, drainage, sewerage and water supply facilities.

     The proposed carriageway with footpath and cycle track will connect the southern part of Road L16 with the proposed developments in the vicinity including Areas 55b, 56 and 89.

     The plan and scheme of the proposed works are available for public inspection at the following government offices during office hours:

     Any person who wishes to object to the proposed works or their use, or both, should write to the Secretary for Transport and Housing, 22/F, East Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong, on or before November 27, 2012.
