Two approved outline zoning plans referred back for amendment

The Town Planning Board announced today (September 14) that the Chief Executive in Council has referred two approved outline zoning plans (OZPs) to the Board for amendment to reflect the latest land use proposals in the Sai Ying Pun and Sheung Wan and Ma Wan areas.
Each OZP incorporating the respective amendments will be exhibited for public inspection under the provisions of the Town Planning Ordinance.
The Sai Ying Pun and Sheung Wan OZP was last approved by the Chief Executive in Council in May 2012 and the Ma Wan OZP was last approved by the Chief Executive in Council in June 2009.
