     The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (August 30) that the Environmental Protection Department has classified the water quality at Silver Mine Bay Beach and Pui O Beach in Islands District as Grade 4, which means the beaches are not suitable for swimming. The red flags have been hoisted. Beach-goers are advised not to swim at the beaches until further notice.
