In response to media enquiries on the Chief Executive's shareholding of Wintrack Worldwide Ltd (BVI) and its subsidiaries, the spokesman of the Chief Executive's Office responded today (August 13) as follows:
Wintrack Worldwide Ltd (BVI) and its subsidiaries hold the shares of a foreign branch of DTZ. The business operation of that foreign branch does not touch upon Hong Kong and the Mainland.
The Chief Executive will transfer his shares of Wintrack Worldwide Ltd (BVI) and its subsidiaries, and his 7,227,838 shares of DTZ Holdings Plc and its subsidiaries, to a trust.
The Chief Executive has relinquished all his duties in DTZ. Therefore, the Chief Executive has no relation with the business operation of DTZ besides his aforementioned minority shareholdings.
