Three approved outline zoning plans referred back for amendment

The Town Planning Board announced today (June 15) that the Chief Executive in Council has referred three approved outline zoning plans (OZPs) to the Board for amendment to reflect the latest land use proposals in the Shouson Hill & Repulse Bay, Sha Tin and South Lantau Coast areas.
Each OZP incorporating the respective amendments will be exhibited for public inspection under the provisions of the Town Planning Ordinance.
The Shouson Hill & Repulse Bay OZP was last approved by the Chief Executive in Council in October 2009, the Sha Tin OZP was last approved in March 2012 and the South Lantau Coast OZP was last approved in November 2010.
