The services provided by Mobile Libraries 1 and 6 will be suspended during designated periods in May for routine maintenance, a Leisure and Cultural Services Department spokesman announced today (May 7).
From May 14 to 26, the following service points of Mobile Library 1 will be affected: Cho Yiu Chuen, Shek Lei (I) Estate, Kwai Shing West Estate, Kwai Shing East Estate and Lai Yiu Estate in Kwai Chung; Cheung On Estate and Cheung Ching Estate in Tsing Yi; and Riviera Gardens, Sham Tseng, Lei Muk Shue Estate, Tsuen King Circuit and Cheung Shan Estate in Tsuen Wan. To enquire about Mobile Library 1 services, please call 2414 3157.
From May 17 to 30, the following service points of Mobile Library 6 will be affected: Shau Kei Wan Main Street East, Lei Tung Estate and Ap Lei Chau Estate in Ap Lei Chau; Shek O Beach; and Fung Tak Estate and Tsui Chuk Garden in Wong Tai Sin. For enquiries about Mobile Library 6 services, please call 2505 4690.
