Police today (April 19) appealed to the public for information on a dead body found case in Wan Chai on April 13.
At about 7.45am on that day, police received a report that the body of a man was floating off Fenwick Pier. The deceased, aged around 50, was about 1.65 metres tall and of medium build with black short hair. He was wearing a grey long-sleeved shirt, a pair of blue jeans and grey sports shoes when he was found.
Initial investigations revealed that there was no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death. No identity document could be found at scene.
Police urged anyone who knows the deceased or has any information about the case to contact officers of Miscellaneous Enquiries Sub-unit of Marine Harbour Division at 2886 8761.
