Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (September 10):
The Social Welfare Department has announced that today is a regional flag day. Barnabas Charitable Service Association Limited, 1st Step Association Limited and The Yuen Yuen Institute will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories respectively.
