Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (February 26):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Richmond Fellowship of Hong Kong, Asian Outreach Hong Kong Limited and Asbury Methodist Social Service will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
