Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (December 18):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. The Rotary Club of Hong Kong City North Community Service Fund Limited, The Hong Kong Chinese Church of Christ and The Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Mission will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
