The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing, extended congratulations to Hong Kong athletes who won one silver and one bronze medal in the Guangzhou 2010 Asian Para Games today (December 17).
Mr Tsang commended the outstanding performances of Hong Kong athletes. "I am impressed by the achievement of our athletes for winning two medals in athletics and table tennis events today. I encourage them to keep up the efforts in other competitions," he said.
The Hong Kong delegation has so far won 27 medals. The list of Hong Kong athletes who won medals today is as follows:
