The Government published a notice in the Gazette today (November 19) on the scheme for cycle tracks and associated facilities along the seafront at Town Centre South, Tseung Kwan O, which have been authorised by the Chief Executive in Council.
The works include the construction of sections of cycle track of approximately 1.6 kilometres along the waterfront of Town Centre South, Tseung Kwan O, connecting Area 65 to Roads L681, L673 and L661; construction of cycle track underpasses, a cycle parking area, footpaths and landscaping areas as well as ancillary works including civil, geotechnical, landscaping, drainage and water works; construction of retaining walls; and provision of signage and street lighting.
