Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (November 13):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. The Royal British Legion (Hong Kong & China Branch), Chung Sing Church Limited and Tuen Mun District Women's Association Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
