In response to media enquiries on a statement issued by Henderson Land Development Co Ltd on some transactions of "39 Conduit Road", a Government spokesman today (June 30) would like to make the following response:
"The Government has just learnt about their decision. We will carefully consider the implications, in particular the need to balance the impact on the on-going investigations and the need for transparency, and make an appropriate response."
