Hongkong Post announced today (May 14) that Sha Kok Post Office located at Shop No. 37, 2/F, Commercial Complex, Sha Kok Estate, Sha Tin, NT, will be temporarily closed for renovation from May 24. During the period when works are in progress, customers will be served by a temporary post office set up at the ground floor open space outside the TWGH Wilson T S Wong District Elderly Community Centre of Green Heron House, adjacent to the elevated walkway leading to the 2/F shopping arcade where the existing Sha Kok Post Office is located.
The existing premises of Sha Kok Post Office have been in use for 28 years and would benefit from refurbishment and improved facilities that aim at providing a more comfortable environment and better quality of service.
