Government announces appointment to Consumer Council

The Government today (May 7) announced the appointment of Ms Miranda Kwok to the Consumer Council as a new member for a term of two years with effect from May 3.
"Ms Kwok has rich experience in the banking industry, including the area of consumer banking. We are confident that her experience and expertise will be invaluable to the work of the council in promoting consumer interests," a government spokesman said.
The appointment is published in the Government Gazette today.
