Attempted murder case in Tsing Yi reclassified as suicide and murder

Police reclassified an attempted murder case in Tsing Yi on February 26 as suicide and murder today (March 6).
A 38-year-old woman died and her seven-year-old boy was missing after they reportedly fell into the sea off Tsing Yi South Bridge on in the afternoon on February 26.
The body of the boy was located at the sea off Kwai Chung Container Terminal in the afternoon on March 4. Initial post-mortem results revealed that the boy died of drowning.
Investigations by District Crime Squad of Kwai Tsing are underway.
