Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (January 16):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Operation Dawn Limited, Regeneration Society Limited and The Federation of New Territories Youth Foundation Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
