Intermittent interruption of Immigration general enquiry hotline

Due to the changeover of telephone exchange lines, the services provided by the Immigration Department's Immigration Enquiry Services System will be interrupted intermittently from 3pm to 5.30pm on Saturday (January 16). The numbers affected are:
General enquiry hotline: 2824 6111 (listening to pre-recorded information only during non-office hours)
General enquiry faxline: 2877 7711
During the period of interruption, members of the public may browse the website of the Immigration Department www.immd.gov.hk for general information.
