The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. End Child Sexual Abuse Foundation, ADPL Social Service Centre Limited and Employees' Safety, Training & Rehabilitation Services Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
