Hongkong Post announced today (January 29) that a selection of charming gifts for Valentine's Day would be available for sale at its Internet Shopping Mall, ShopThruPost from tomorrow (January 30) to February 10.
To provide special and meaningful gifts for friends and family of all ages for Valentine's Day, 14 gift sets including chocolates, fluffy bears, music box gift sets, jewellery, beauty products and World Wild Fund's Symbolic Animal Adoption Gift Sets will be available for online order at ShopThruPost (www.shopthrupost.hk).
Each ordered Valentine's Day gift set will be packed in the unique "LovePost Gift Box" with a "LovePost Gift Card". Retail prices of the gift items range from $95 to $680 including the Valentine's Day Local CourierPost delivery charge. The specially packed gift sets can be delivered to the designated recipients on Valentine's Day via Local CourierPost if orders are received on or before February 10.
The Assistant Postmaster General (Business Development), Mr Dan Choi, said, "As the season of love approaches, Hongkong Post lends a helping hand with exquisite gift sets and a special local delivery service on Valentine's Day. If loved ones are in Mainland China, bouquets and floral arrangements from the Hong Kong/Mainland Gift Fulfilment Service are an ideal choice for Valentine's Day gifts. The gift sets are priced from $328 to $988, inclusive of delivery charges to more than 2,000 cities on the Mainland. For orders received on or before February 10 and with a surcharge of only $80 for time-specific service, gift sets can be delivered to recipients in Mainland China on February 14. In addition to online order at ShopThruPost (www.shopthrupost.hk), mail order for the Valentine's Day time-specific service is also available until February 10 at all post offices.
