The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Riding for the Disabled Association Limited, Chinese Evangelical Zion Church Limited and Fanling Assembly of God Church, Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
