The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. End Child Sexual Abuse Foundation, Hong Kong Adventure Corps Limited and Silver Power Intergeneration Volunteer Alliances Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
