MPFA welcomes fee reduction by Sun Life Financial

The following is issued on behalf of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority:
The Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) today (March 3) welcomed the initiative made by Sun Life Financial to reduce the aggregate management fees of its existing six funds managed by First State to benefit its scheme members. MPFA looks forward to having more MPF trustees follow suit to lower fees of other types of MPF funds so that more scheme members can benefit.
