New District Officer for Yau Tsim Mong assumes post (with photo)

Mrs Vicki Kwok will assume the post of Yau Tsim Mong District Officer tomorrow (February 25).
Mrs Kwok joined the Administrative Service of the Government in 1994. She has served in various bureaus and departments including the former Security Branch, the Transport Department, the former Health and Welfare Bureau, the former Education and Manpower Bureau, the former Constitutional Affairs Bureau, the Chief Secretary for Administration's Office and the Environment Bureau.
Her last posting was Principal Assistant Secretary for the Environment (Sustainable Development).
