The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (December 20) on the advice of the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department that the water off Silverstrand Beach in Sai Kung District, where red tide was earlier discovered, is now suitable for swimming. The red flag has been lowered.
