Secretary for Security in Beijing

The Secretary for Security, Mr Ambrose S K Lee, arrived in Beijing tonight (December 11) and tomorrow (December 12) will meet officials of the Beijing Organising Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad to update them on preparations for the 2008 Olympic Equestrian Events in Hong Kong, particularly the security aspects.
He will also meet officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Mr Lee will return to Hong Kong on Thursday (December 13).
