Nomination for CE election ruled valid

The Returning Officer of the Chief Executive election, Mr Justice Barnabas Fung Wah, ruled today (February 16) that the nomination of Mr Donald Tsang Yam Kuen as a candidate in the election was valid.
This brings the number of nominations that have been ruled valid to two.
